Questions for the group, how long would it take you to 2-ply 400yds of fingering weight? What method do you use?

Good question! Just Thursday evening I decided it was time to time my spindling in yardage. The results will be posted when gathered.
I'm thinking it would take me about an hour to do on my Ashford..I like to ply "hand over hand" somewhat...sort of a version in the Alden Amos big book.
I agree with Cyndy as that is what it took me to do last night and I was watching an hour lonf programe on TV and I have an Ashford also
