I do feel rather like a small child running to show the grown ups what I have made but look at this! It is so much better than the work I produced last week - I think I may be getting the hang of the spinning malarkey. Read me going on and on about it here if you can bear to.

Jane, your BFL looks great! You are making progress by leaps and bounds (er, make that yards and skeins!)...and I have enjoyed your post about how you are learning.

(makes me remember that I once put my ashford traddy on a mat with a rubberized backing...just so when I would ply, it wouldn't walk across the room!)
